SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free standard shipping within the US, using our coupon code SHIPFORME. Orders will be processed within 3 - 5 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please contact our customer service team at contact.merakiskincare@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return/exchange.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 days. 

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping and that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.

LOST PACKAGE

If your package is lost during shipping, please contact our customer service team at contact.merakiskincare@gmail.com within 48 hours or 2 days. We will work with the shipping carrier to try to locate your package and will provide you with updates along the way. If the package cannot be located, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement item to you, depending on your preference.

 

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
